All payments made on SmartDigiCard are subject to the pricing and billing terms displayed at the time of purchase. Refund policies, if applicable, are clearly stated on the platform or in your subscription details.

4 - محتوى المستخدم

You retain ownership of the content you upload to SmartDigiCard. By using the platform, you grant us permission to display and process your content solely for providing the service.

5 - توفر الخدمة

We strive to ensure uninterrupted service, but SmartDigiCard does not guarantee continuous availability. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may occasionally cause temporary disruptions.

6 - الحد من المسؤولية

SmartDigiCard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
